They provide fast and excellent service, with repairmen who arrive promptly and work efficiently. For instance, when a furnace went out, a repairman diagnosed the problem, replaced the faulty part, and left within 20 minutes. Similarly, when a new resident needed help with their AC system, someone arrived and fixed the problem in less than 5 minutes. The staff is also helpful in providing suggestions, such as for furnace filters. Overall, Janssen Heating & Cooling leaves a positive impression with its friendly, efficient, and professional service.
We had a part fail that was no fault of Janssen's and they drove to our house and replaced it within 2 hours of me mentioning it. As always, unbeatable service!
We can't praise Janssen enough! They have saved us multiple times over the last 4 years from carbon monoxide issues to a problem with our boiler and then they even fixed a broken pipe for us!
