I've been going to Jay for years and I really like him and what he does. I had a bad experience at a Cost Cutters during my first hair cut and I was scared to cut off more than like 1/4 inch for the longest time because I didn't trust people to cut my hair in fear of them screwing it up again. The previous lady cut out my natural curl and now it's a wavy because of it. Fast forward like 2-3 years after I net Jay I trusted him to cut off around 8 inches which is the most I've ever got cut off at once to my knowledge.
