“We went to KLOPATEK plumbing to purchase a 1 1/4 to 1” bushing and they refused to sell us one. Told us to drive to Minocqua or Hurley 30 mi. away. I saw one in there scrap pile but they would not sell it. The gal behind the counter was rude and unprofessional. Workers may be fine but she wouldn’t let us talk to them. Avoid this company unless you have no choice.“
