We had a broken water heater and a leaky fitting in our water pump and Drake and April came to our home in a timely manner; same day! We appreciate how polite and courteous they were, cleaned up, educated us on what was completed, and overall a job well done! Thanks!

5 stars is not good enough for this crew they deserve a 10. Our dental office had a water pipe break and they arrived in less than 5 minutes when we called. Changed their work plans for the day to get our pipe fixed and helped with all of our equipment to get us back up and running in 4 hours. This crew is amazing would highly recommend. ?

We went to KLOPATEK plumbing to purchase a 1 1/4 to 1” bushing and they refused to sell us one. Told us to drive to Minocqua or Hurley 30 mi. away. I saw one in there scrap pile but they would not sell it. The gal behind the counter was rude and unprofessional. Workers may be fine but she wouldn’t let us talk to them. Avoid this company unless you have no choice.
