Seeing Dr. Tsang was my first experience with acupuncture and i was not sure what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised. I've been having weird nerve issues with my leg - most likely due to a sports injury - and Dr. T was able to help me so much. Immediate relief after the first session, and lasting improvement after repeated appointments. The electro stim in particular made a huge difference. Dr. T is kind and remembers things we speak about, both medically and personally, which means a lot and i personally really appreciate. He always makes me feel comfortable and answers my questions. The space is also warm and inviting. I am so grateful and would recommend Dr. Tsang to anyone looking for holistic solutions to pain or anything else.

I've driven by the Brookfield location many times and always wanted to try it. However, I went to the Mequon location my first time. I was having problems with TMJ after a routine dental cleaning 3 months prior. I saw many Drs and nothing was working. I've had acupuncture before but it's been awhile. I was running out of options. Sean said it could help me but I should give it time. Well, after my first session I felt less pain, not completely gone but better. After a few days it started to get better and more tolerable. I saw a new dentist who did some new things and I believe the combination of the acupuncture and that is what fixed it! Im looking at coming back right away for some other problems Drs can't help me with. Thank you for helping me! It's also easy to schedule online.

Tried making an appointment thru va consult but they are unable to tell me if my consult went thru or not and trying to charge me online 50 dollars just to make an appointment

Absolutely fantastic immediate results on complaints of congestion. Lungs are clear for the first time in years. None of my regular doctors could find anything that worked. He’s also making progress on my long standing insomnia.

Bad customer service. The acupuncturist was rude. Due to his lack of customer service, I was disappointed and became uninterested in booking an appointment with this business. The acupuncturist tried to bill a new customer over $50 due to cancellation. A customer has a right to either reschedule or cancel their appointment without unethical practices. My friend booked me an appointment as a gift and when I was unable to attend due to extreme circumstances, this place of business did not have empathy for me. All this place wants is money. There's no contract to pay over $50 with a new customer if that customer never came in to see an acupuncturist in the first place. This is unethical and will not pay neither book for any services here.

I went here very apprehensive as I’ve never done acupuncture and no one I really knew tried it. I was in a car accident 6 years ago and have had a muscle issue in my back that ends up traveling to my neck and soon effects the muscles in my head leading to headaches. I’ve tried creams, messages, chiropractors, and dry needling. Nothing helped.I went here out of options and desperately needing relief. BEFORE MY TREATMENT WAS EVEN DONE I felt the best I felt in years. I found out quickly that acupuncture is SO FAR ADVANCED than dry needling. It’s less painful and the results are not even close.If you are needing relief from muscle pains go to this center. If stress is eating up your well-being, go to this center.I’ve only had two sessions and I’m sold. I didn’t really need the second session because I still felt great from the first one but I went anyway just to stay feeling good.If your nervous don’t worry. The staff will make you feel comfortable and you’ll leave much better than you arrived.

Sean is amazing! He listened to my concerns and gave me 80% relief at my first appointment. Not 100%, but hopeful that in the future my condition will massively improve or the symptoms will even completely be removed.
