Just wanted to give a big shout out to Abby - they were the BEST at helping my partner and I choose a timeless back splash for our kitchen. They were attentive, honest, insightful and they really listened to what we wanted and guided us in the right direction. The entire experience was a true pleasure. I purchased some tile for a backsplash from the Tile Shop in Mequon. I initially had an issue with this transaction but Roger the store manager made an accommodation that wasn’t required but he decided to put the customer and future sales business ahead of company policy. I appreciated him doing this and will be a customer again for our future tile needs. Thank you Roger!
I was so impressed with the help I received from Maddie. She listened to my goals, gave me suggestions that were spot on, and was very personable. I was needing some extra help, not being experienced with tile, and she guided me into a few good options. I recommend asking for her next time.
