Went to the new location in Mequon to look around and get ideas for our remodeling project. We worked with Carrie and ended up actually making all of our tile and grout and selections. She really got a feel for what I liked and helped me narrow things down quickly. Which is hard to do when there are so many directions one could go and so many gorgeous tiles! Thank you so much, Carrie! I am so excited to see it all come together.
Picked up my tile that I bought a week or so ago. The gentleman who sold it to me was very helpful and professional. When I picked up the tile the lady who helped me made me feel like I was bothering her and gave me the impression that she really didn’t want to help me. The man who loaded the tile in my car was very personable and helpful. So not a totally bad experience . The tile is beautiful and we’re super happy with it and that’s all that matters!
The mosaic tile we ordered didn't appear as we had hoped, and although this was disappointing, the manager Dan went above and beyond to make sure we obtained a satisfactory resolution to the problem. He is a class act.
