“I have dealt with Dana several times and Blake once. Every time I speak with Dana be it email or phone, she is so energetic and nice. She's patient and extremely helpful. She sounds understanding as to how foreign tax filing can be for the average person, unless it's just me. They don't teach this stuff in high school, and it can be incredibly nerve-wracking. She makes it so much easier. Blake I have only dealt with once via email but he's definitely on top of everything! He is keeping us very well informed of the process along the way.
