I have had D&M do my yearly income taxes on and off for many, many years with no issues. I am not sure what is going on with the new ownership, but now two years in a row I have had to resubmit my tax docs with the state. Per my phone call with the state which is always a fun time, (sarcasm), I was told that they were missing information. The individual I spoke with did not know exactly what was missing but told me to resubmit my tax documents per the instructions on the letter I received, which were not ultra clear either.
