Natural Cleaners is Mequon and Thiensville's premiere dry cleaners. They offer nontoxic dry cleaning using a liquid silicone called Green Earth. The service is wonderful, with a clean bright atmosphere. Clothes look fantastic and have no chemical smells. Everything cleaned is always so clean. Down comforters come back like new with no dry cleaning smell. Dry cleaning is usually ready for pickup even before the ticket says. The staff is great, friendly, and polite. Free pickup and delivery is available, or customers can go to the store. Quality and service are awesome.
The service is great as an option for natural dry cleaning. The turnaround time is great as well, with helpful text messages. They have added seasonal specials for discounts. My wish is for more transparent pricing - I never get an itemized receipt unless I ask for it, and even then it seems like an issue.
It is a pleasure to do business with Natural Cleaners Mequon location. The app makes it that much more convenient. I can have a payment method on file, I can check the status of my order, and they run special promotions. Everything comes back on time and in great condition.
The staff is always very kind and prompt. I am always welcomed with a smile and my daughter always gets a hello as well!
