Every member of the staff is friendly and happy to explain any questions I had across my multiple visits. They found time slots for me when I had issues with my mouthguard and issues with sensitivity with my fillings. My teeth grinding and clenching (which I did subconsciously) was the reason for this (also since the fillings were closer to the nerve). What helped me overcome it was listening to their advice and seeking the TMJ physical therapy they suggested. It really helped me as the sensitivity was really bad before but now I rarely feel it. I had an excellent experience at this dental office! I went in for a cleaning, and from the moment I arrived, the entire staff was welcoming, friendly, and professional. Everyone went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, and they truly exceeded my expectations. My cleaning with Taylor was thorough yet gentle, and Dr. Julie took the time to clearly explain my treatment plan and answer all of my questions. I had such a wonderful experience at Mequon Smile Design. The whole staff is welcoming, kind, and genuinely care about you and want to give you the best dental care. Taylor was very gentle cleaning my teeth and I appreciated the time she and Dr. Sofia took to educate me on the treatment I needed and why. I recommend this practice to all my family and friends!
