“The night I came in was such a wonderful experience. I had a 7:15-9 PM appointment and I was worried because of that the staff may be tired, annoyed, ready to go home! When I was done at 9 they were equally as friendly, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I was so surprised to hear they both had been there less than a year.
