Jill was amazing. I had a vision I saw in my head through a combination of photos that was difficult to communicate. After not being sure about my first trial, I went for another. In preparation for my second trial, Jill spent some time on her own to try to bring my vision to life. Oh man, did she deliver the exact style I was imagining for my perfect wedding!

I can't give enough stars for this salon. I was supposed to have an appointment at a different place and they canceled my color for a wedding the day of. I left a message for the Le Cheveu / Encore owner, and she got me in with 2 hour notice ON HER DAY OFF. She fixed my old hair that had 1 year old color that was too grown out. Not to mention great advice for how to keep my copper tones in check between appointments. She's officially my "go-to hair girl" from here on out!

I stopped by for a Botox event and had a great time, so I made an appointment for a color the following week. I can't say enough good things about Le Cheveu. Jill did a great job coloring my gray (and there was a LOT of it) and was able to handle a sensitive situation with discretion. Her staff is so friendly and the atmosphere is laid back- no pretension and attitude. I highly recommend giving them a try- you won't regret it!
