I'd give them actually 0/5. I have been nothing but nice to Amanda and she is nothing but rude. I have to have others involved from the county or state to actually get the money I need. It's crazy how when the person is the client and it's in their name that this woman does as much as she can to financially abuse disabled persons. Reporting the abuse to the police really hasn't helped because then the client gets a yelled at on the phone from Amanda. It is nothing but a living hell nightmare dealing with Amanda. The supervisor Amanda is the most unprofessional and disrespectful person that I have ever even tried to deal with over the phone for anything such as this. she actually yelled at me over the phone the first time I was actually able to try and speak with her when I’m not even a client. She told me “the head will not reach out to you for anything because they will not deal with you” I’m just trying to help one of the clients who is my mother and she will hang up the phone by slamming it. I wonder how you can take someone's EBT card and let them sit over the weekend with our milk and other things that they may need to have food to eat and I end up using my EBT card to help them out and you don't care and also how you can act like there money is yours to control with out any consideration of them and their needs also I think that something needs to be done with your company and I am going to start looking into it
