Both the Karate and yoga classes have helped me become stronger and more balanced. I really enjoy Travis as an instructor in both modalities. He has an abundance of knowledge that he is enthusiastic to share. Plus, his patience with beginning adults like myself and the kids in the class is simply amazing. Wow! I have never seen so many smiles in a karate class.
