“You responded to a wiring need in a goofy situation in my breezeway. Your guys solved it handily. Then you came and replaced our electrical service, while we were gone. Everything was perfect, until I found light and doorbell not working. So I asked for help again. You sent Craig. After I talked him into getting into our home I arrived to help. He was so efficient, fun, friendly as we worked together to solve the problem, a problem I had caused earlier.
