“B&B came out to our home after the recent storm to make repairs to the lines that were pulled off of the house by falling tree limbs. They came quickly, obtained parts and had the repairs to the wiring on the house finished in a matter of hours after the damage happened. They communicated with Xcel to cut the line and get it back up when they were done. Everyone we worked with was kind, professional and exceptionally efficient on a very busy and stressful day. “I had a quote from one of the companies you see advertising all the time on TV, has all the little vans running around the city. My job was pretty basic, change a thermostat to one I could control from my phone and troubleshoot 4 can lights. They wanted to charge me $4800 without even assessing the issue. I basically paid a small fee to have someone come out and try to rip me off, I should charge them for my time that they wasted! I called O’Neil Electric, every thing about it was a great experience! “Jerry was amazing and truly went above and beyond to help us get our new baseboard heaters and thermostats wired correctly. We are remodeling a condo to turn it into an investment property. To keep costs down we decided to try to wire the baseboard heaters and thermostats ourselves. Jerry gave us some tips over the phone on how to do the wiring at no cost. We called him two more times to ask questions and he was always willing to talk with us. Finally, we needed his help as we couldn't get all of the heaters and thermostats to turn on. We contacted Jerry this past weekend for additional questions. He took the time while he was deer hunting to answer our questions and set-up a time to meet today. “Very professional, hard-working, and personable. He and his crew had a "do it right", not "do it easy" attitude (example- he could have cut a whole in the side of our shed to feed the conduit in, but instead, the team dug out our concrete-like limestone rock to bring the conduit under the shed and avoid unnecessary holes). I know our ground was a lot rockier and slimier than they'd anticipated, but they still got the job completed without sacrificing quality of the remaining work. Definitely will use him again should we have any further electrical needs!“
