Scott was so helpful! His communication is spot on. Cedar Falls Heating & AC installed my new mini split. I had so many hurdles to jump through to prepare for the installation...none of them related to Scott or his team. Once I had the green light, Scott ordered the unit, kept me apprised of the status and came out to install the unit as soon as it arrived. He coordinated with the electrician (JA Electric is also an amazing contractor). Once the electrical was complete, Scott came out to my house that day to walk me through all the nuances of the unit to ensure I understood all the controls and was comfortable throughout all 4 seasons. 100% recommend Scott and his team...read full review
