I recently had the pleasure of visiting Wisconsin Vision, and I must say, the customer service was truly outstanding. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and accommodating, making the check-in process seamless and stress-free.

Update: I was contacted by Wisconsin Vision regarding my review and they apologized and offered to make things right. I worked with John, the manager at the store and he was very pleasant. He remeasured my lenses and found the progression was indeed off. He is having my lenses remade with the proper measurements and hopefully this will take care of the issue. We always have a pleasant experience at Wisconsin Vision. Dr. Bob is great, and all of the other staff is so friendly. Arianah took care of us on our last visit. She is knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to explain our insurance and the different options available to us. Thanks again!
