Don't waste your time, they are constantly no call no showing the appointments and also they only give 5 HR time blocks and rarely call to notify you if you are going to be late. The company is too big to care about customers any more. Do yourself a favor and go with a local company that isn't trying to waste your time. And keep in mind this company (rentokil, erhlich, prestox, batzner, active, buyout, western, Florida pest control) bought terminex and just uses a diff name for each area probably to keep their reviews high.
