Commercial accountHas TRIPLED in price since we signed 2 years ago. of course to cancel is a huge pain runaround.Runaround it is!This must break some price gouging laws.After we Informed them we were cancelling it increase the very next month by 200$We are now up to $620 monthly for a 8 unit (2 bedroom) apartment complex.Monthly rent is only $550! Per unit!SCAM!!!!DO NOT SIGN THEIR "CONTRACT"
We scheduled our mattress pickup for a Friday and have had to hound them for answers on when they’ll be picking up. 12 days later (so far) it’s not been picked up. All despite WM PROMISING that it would be picked up either that day or the next day each time.They claim they are short staffed, yet have no problem taking your money and give empty promises just to get you off the phone or online chat.What an eye sore for our neighbors to have to look at on our curb. Seriously, just don’t bother with WM if you don’t have to.Service: Trash removal & disposal
