MF Carpet Cleaning was here this morning. Explained exactly what they were going to do and how much it would cost. Very friendly and professional. They moved our couch since it was large and we had no where to put it. Spots are gone and carpet looks new. Finished up and told us how best to dry the carpet and when we could put the furniture back. Great price and excellent customer service. I highly recommend!
Rachel was a pleasure to speak with on the phone to set up an appointment. Jake was very nice, sociable, professional and did a great job cleaning our carpet. I will definitely use them again for our next carpet cleaning!
Great service from start to finish. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I recommend improving communication during the scheduling process by explaining how jobs get scheduled on the day a customer wants service (i.e. by time slot, geography, first come first serve). Will definitely use this company again.
