We started using Custom Heating and Air Inc. A few years ago by chance. We had a home warranty and they were assigned to do a repair under that warranty. Since then we have needed service several more times. Ryan is the technician assigned to our account. First off Ryan is great! Just a decent human being. Hate having to call, but the one good thing is knowing that Ryan will be visiting! Second is that we have always received fast response including today. (Under an hour) Third is that they are fair in their pricing Finally, and I apologize for not remembering her name, but every time I call it us the same person and she has a great attitude and actual empathy... read full review
I used Custom Home Heating & Air for a few years as a homeowner. They handled yearly maintenance for my A/C, Furnace, and air handler. They were always prompt, showed up when they said they would, and answered all my questions. The guy who came out most of the time struck up a friendship with one of my cats. Never had any real problems and was always happy with the service. When there were issues, they listened to me respectfully, handled the situation correctly without me having to even ask, and were prompt about resolution. Ryan was my service engineer. He was great at explaining my situation and options. He took his time to listen to all my concerns. I left with a furnace that I felt confident with for the foreseeable future.
