I have been seeing Stacey for over a year now, and the improvement in my upper back and neck pain has been incredible. The whole experience has been AMAZING from the start.
Stacey has such a great personality-she's friendly, welcoming, and she immediately puts you at ease. She's also extremely professional and makes sure I'm comfortable and properly covered throughout each session.
Her space is large, clean, and very relaxing. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for real results and a great overall experience!

Its been 2 years since my experience at this place and it still haunts me to this day as one of the worst massage horror stories I’ve ever had. The first thing the person says to me when I show up is “did you come in through the front door?” in very annoyed tone. I said yeah (how else was I supposed to, theres no instructions anywere on the website or intake) and she goes “youre not supposed to do that. next time you have to come in through the side.” I immediately knew there would never be a “next time” and I honestly should have left right then and there, but I had paid a deposit that wasnt refundable so I figure, whats the worst that could happen? I’m taken into a small and sort of creepy room and instructed that I HAVE to take off all of my underwear for the massage I requested. No option to leave them on, no “undress to your comfort level,” just a demand that I immediately get full birthday suit. Again, I should have left right then and there, but me being me and having trauma I was so shocked that I was kind of just going along with it. They had my money, and I was already way out of my way to be there, so I just felt trapped. Then I had 45 minutes of this annoyed pushy woman lightly running her hands over my body, not even pressing in any way. I left way more tense than I walked in and I was mortified to tell anyone about it for YEARS. Hopefully my review can save at least one person from having the same experience I did. Pic attatched for proof I actually went there and they can’t say I’m lying <3 thanks for the best “bad massage” story ever, Stacey! Btw I did still tip!
edit to reply - Regardless of anything else about the experience which you decided to refute, a lot of which is just personal taste, I did not feel respected or cared for from the moment I came in to the moment I left. I was not greeted with any sort of warmth or kindness, and was quite literally scolded the minute I walked in the door. You did not give me any option to leave my undergarments on which is invasive, and not normal for a massage. I wasn’t going to leave a review at all but this experience has haunted me for almost 2 YEARS and I sincerely hope that my bad experience was just an isolated incident or a bad day for you.

ABSOLUTELY MAGICAL I have been going here for years! Stacey is an outgoing and laid back individual who always ensures I'm comfortable and customizes her efforts to meet my needs. She is considerate & respectful. Her prices are very reasonable! My migraines are a thing of the past! My fibro has also become much more manageable.

Stacey is amazing! She is kind, compassionate, and listens to all of your concerns! After moving to the Fox Valley Area, it took me forever to find someone who can help with my headaches/migraines. She takes time before each visit to ask if there are any new concerns. Her office is very calming, spacious, and comforting. She always checks in during the massage if you are comfortable with the pressure. Overall, Stacey is wonderful. I could not recommend her more!

I hadn’t had a massage in over a year due to moving back to the Fox Valley. I was searching for a new massage therapist and chose Stacy at Soothing Touch. She did not disappoint! She listens to what your needs are, what amount of pressure you want, etc. Her massage room is spacious and well appointed for your comfort. After my first session today my arthritis pain is gone and I feel much lighter and more flexible. Her prices are reasonable too. I already booked my next appointment with her. I recommend her without reservation!

Stacey is phenomenal. I always leave refreshed and feeling renewed. The space is warm and welcoming. The ambiance makes every visit memorable. Each visit is definitely a big treat.

I highly recommend Stacey. I had knots in my shoulder blades that other therapists weren't able to work out. I had lower back/sciatic issues too. She really gets in there and works those spots out. Stacey also performed lymphatic massage on my knee after surgery and for my hand which as some arthritis as well. I didn't know anything about lymphatic massage and I have to say definitely felt better afterwards. Give her a try - you won't be disappointed.

OMG. I have had a bum muscle behind my shoulder for 2 weeks and last few nights have lost sleep. Decided to get a massage to see if that would help. Soothing Touch's website shared available time slots and was able to call and confirm opening. Perfect! Experience was great. Awesome communication and results. Have scheduled a second appointment for next week. :-) Schedule your today, seriously.
