I have not felt disappointed in my care from the staff in the lab, to urgent care, physical therapy, primary care, podiatry, nephrology and so on. My portal messages are always replied to in a timely fashion. I understand also though that Aurora themselves may be short staffed or staff away from the office with leave, off time or illnesses and they do their best. I usually am connected to a nurse or they call me in 24 hours with urgent matters I have even on vacation or I call again and they always help me.“
