Saw Dr. Alex for a shoulder impingement issue. He has such a high energy and nerdy sense of passion for what he does. Made a world of progress for me. I can now bench press with proper chest engagement and my shoulders don't give out.Pricing is incredibly reasonable and billing was a piece of cake.

It has been awhile since I have seen Dr Alex, but am very grateful still for his kind care and helping me regain the use of my knee after I ruptured the Quad tendon! He was recommended by a friend to try ART and it worked wonderfully.

I had neck & shoulder pain that was causing me headaches regularly. After only a few visits and some stretching exercises given to me, I've not had any issues. Alex Tapplin listens, finds the source of the issue, & treats it effectively, and includes exercises and/or stretching for maintaining a pain-free life.
