I was at the bio life plasma center on Midway rd.last week your crew picked up my 600.00 dollar electric bike and tossed it in the bushes while covering it in sawdust! Very unprofessional behavior! I wouldn't hire them to do anything!

UPDATING REVIEW 11/13: I just received a call from the owner of this company, who was incredibly polite, professional, and took time to really listen to my experience. He even apologized and validated that some of the less-than-stellar moments were not ideal, or what they are striving to achieve as a small business. He took this opportunity as a learning and growing experience, and I could really tell he was being genuine in the way he spoke to me. The sincerity went a long way. In fact, my husband and I will be hiring them again in the future, and I look forward to a second chance experience with Jack's, with improved communication. I would recommend them to anyone. Casey and his crew did a great job. Professional, courteous and I couldn't be happier with the job they did. They went above and beyond what I expected. They will always be the first call I make.
