First experience with Eye Clinic of Wisconsin... Overall very pleased! The staff was very friendly and answered all of the questions that I had. And tried to lessen the anxiety I have about eye surgery. Dr Carli went over everything in depth as well as what can be expected with cataract surgery and the perspective results.

The staff kept me well informed on what was happening with my cataract surgery before and after the procedure. Thank you Dr Carli for everything. After 1 day I can see the improvement in my vision.

For the most part everything was good and everyone was polite and respectful, however the communication between the staff from the hospital and eye clinic would benefit the patient if it was more thorough and timely. I was still getting feedback on medication that I was to hold prior to surgery within the window of the three days before surgery. I prearranged time off for recovery over a month in advance and the procedure almost got cancelled because I didn’t stop a medication in time due to misinformation to me. I’m really hoping my next pre-op goes more smoothly.
