Mile Bluff Urgent Care has a team that is knowledgeable and friendly. The staff, including the pharmacy, are helpful and nice. The facility is newly remodeled and nice inside. Patients feel comfortable and safe, even if they are from out of town. The staff are caring and get patients in and out quickly. They are polite and courteous from check-in to check-out. The urgent care is a great addition to the town and is open on holidays like New Year's Day.
Dr Capello and the rest of his team were amazing today when I had to bring my daughter in. They were all very Knowledgeable, Dr. Capello actually listened and actively discussed different options instead of just telling us what he was doing, he took the time and it made a difference... honestly I've never left a review while I'm still at the place I'm reviewing. That's how different this experience is/was A++ thank you Dr Capello and nurse Heather.
We're from out of town, but had a medical emergency. They were the only immediate care open on new years day so BIG plus there. It's very nice inside, newly remodeled. The staff were all super sweet and friendly. Made outsiders feel comfortable and safe. Wish we had similar care down in Illinois.
I had an urgent care visit today for glass in my foot. From the check in to check out everyone was polite and courteous. Heather the NP sent me for an xray and the tech saw the glass (didn’t have to wait to have a radiologist read it). With in a half hour the glass was out, the stitches were in and I was heading home. Great addition to our little town. Only suggestion is understand your symptoms to determine if Urgent Care or the ER is necessary.
