I went in to get my hair cut today to treat myself after handling the remodel on my deceased parents property. Aggie did a great job. I came in with very little direction and no pictures but she did an amazing job and did it quickly. It has been a hard day and she gave me a fresh look without adding any more stress.
They have been so helpful to me and the issues I am having with my carpeting. Any questions I have, they've replied back right away and I was able to get scheduled so quickly! My carpet has taken a beating and they have graciously helped me undertand what is going on while doing a great job cleaning.

They didn't have to clear the tables, but they did that anyway.I'm writing this because it's important that employees that are out of town "shine" when representing their company.You have a great crew...and do you proud.

We saw an ad in the local paper for Mr. Fix-it in Mauston, WI actually now Blackhawk Contractors and took a chance on using them! Needed new countertops, sink/faucet and some electrical switches moved & a pot rack put up! After working out the details with Rick (the owner) it was done in a timely manner and the workers were very conscientious!!

Tim did a storm door, 2 new glass shower doors and a new tile shower in our master bath of our lake home. Tim is a great communicator, does quality work at a competitive price and we are hiring him again for a backsplash project. We would highly recommend him!

So nice to get that hometown service! Our AC wasn't working properly so called BTU as they had originally installed our unit when we built our house! Technician was here that day to inspect! Recommended a new install! Following week Cole came to do estimate and witin 2 weeks we had cool air again! From start to finish everyone was friendly and professional! Cole even called 1 week after install to make sure everything was going well!! Love that hometown care!! We wouldn't go anywhere else for our heating and cooling needs!
