K&L Cleaning did a great job cleaning our carpet after our dog had a poopcident. They were able to provide service within a few hours of contacting them and the carpet looks like new. Both Katie and Leo were polite and professional.
Excellent job with carpet cleaning. K & L are life savers if you get water in basement! They have equipment to suck out the water with dynamic fans and dehumidifiers to dry things out. Referrals to other services and contractors readily made if you need floorboards pulled for next stage of process. Organic antimicrobial used to decrease mold growth. Delightful people who know the business with equipment on hand that can be brought in when needed to dry our your basement. Fair prices for services rendered and frequent checks to determine status.
Katie was so helpful with planning my cleaning appointment. Leo arrived early and was so patient as I wasn't quite ready. He did a beautiful job! The carpet not only looked wonderful but smelled clean and fresh. Thank you Katie and Leo! Would definitely call Katie and Leo at K & L Cleaning again.
