The clinic is known for its kindness and understanding, especially during difficult situations. Clients have praised their compassion and willingness to help, even accommodating urgent needs. They also offer reasonable pricing, making quality care more accessible. The veterinary staff is commended for their patience and gentle handling of animals, even shy ones. They have taken amazing care of fur babies, even very sick and medically complex animals. Staff was super friendly and pleasant and answered as many questions as did the vet.
The staff was very friendly to my shy puppy and I was surprised how well he did. The environment was spotless the whole time I was there. The staff were very informative when I asked questions. I like that they were running on time and I could get in and out in about 40 ish mins. The prices are very reasonable compared to most veterinary clinics.
It was OK. ANNUAL VISIT. I had questions related to my rescued pets behavior, but did not feel like my questions were answered, besides offer of anti anxiety medication. I was looking for some behavior modification tips, etc.
This was my first experience with them. The clinic is beautiful and very well kept. The three people I met, two technicians and the doctor, were very knowledgeable, superb with the patient, and willing to answer any and all questions.
