After reading online reviews, we chose Castlerock when we moved to the area. They made us feel at ease the first day we went there. Needing dental work done on our cat, beyond the usual annual well-visit, we did not have to wait long to get that procedure scheduled. We are very satisfied with our choice for Vet care.
They were here for my husband and I every step of the way when we had to make the hard decision to put down our sweet 17 year old Chihuahua. They gave us all the time we needed in a quiet room with her, and explained everything thoroughly. I couldn't have asked for a better vet clinic or experience during such a hard time. They even sent out a sweet card signed by everyone at the clinic with our nani girls paw print and nose print.
I had an emergency. My dog desperately needed stitches. They worked us in and treated us with kindness and compassion! It was a wonderful experience. Great staff. So thankful they worked me and Della in!
