The staff was very friendly to my shy puppy and I was surprised how well he did. The environment was spotless the whole time I was there. The staff were very informative when I asked questions. I like that they were running on time and I could get in and out in about 40 ish mins. The prices are very reasonable compared to most veterinary clinics.
It was OK. ANNUAL VISIT. I had questions related to my rescued pets behavior, but did not feel like my questions were answered, besides offer of anti anxiety medication. I was looking for some behavior modification tips, etc.
This was my first experience with them. The clinic is beautiful and very well kept. The three people I met, two technicians and the doctor, were very knowledgeable, superb with the patient, and willing to answer any and all questions.
