Had them re-key a property during tenant turnover. They were super professional to work with and ended up replacing one of the locks due to a crack in the door. They did a great job, I'll be using them again.
This morning, I found myself in a terrifying situation. Not only was I rushing to get to work, but I had also forgotten my coffee. As I rushed inside to grab it, my car decided to auto locked on me the moment I shut the door while running with my cellphone locked inside. Thankfully, I had an Apple Watch that I could use to call for help. The locks and unlocks company answered immediately, and Joseph arrived within 20 minutes to help me unlock my car. Not only was Joseph kind and caring, but he also made sure to give me a spare key to my door in case something like this happens again. Our car key fob stopped working, and Jake was able to drive an hour out to Black Earth and re-program the key fob. Saved us being towed to a dealership. He did it fast and was very friendly. Thank you Jake!
