I own two rentals in Menominee and had called the same guy back twice with no avail and the sewer was still backing up into the basement. I called Straight Flush and they were able to get me in right away and send a camera down to see what the issue was. Needless to say it was nothing major and Jason was able to fix it within an hour and assured me i would have no further issues. Also let me know IF i did have any issues I have a 90 day warranty and they will come back to fix it. My tenants are pleased and also let me know they like Jason as he’s a super friendly and funny guy. Would 100% recommend Straight Flush over any other company in Marinette-Menominee Area. We called late in the afternoon on a Saturday during the coldest day of the year and they came out with in a short time later. The ground was frozen and they had more work than they anticipated but took care of us and ensured we had a working septic! They gave us recommendations to ensure we don’t have issues in the future! We appreciate their service and highly recommend!

100% recommend this company! He is super friendly with a lot of funny puns and a great humor! He was able to come as soon as possible to my home and was in and out in 20-30 minutes. Definitely will be using him In the future! Thank you for your service! ?
