He never tried to over sell or BS me into anything and that says something about this company. I would recommend and definitely call them first next time
Air went out, they came and revived. 25 year old unit. Went out again the next day and they were back in a flash and found a sensor issue that was not detectable on the first call. Friendly, responsive and professional. Highly recommend.
