This company excels in responsiveness and customer service. Our sewer backed up over the weekend. First thing Monday morning we reached out to two reputable local plumbing and heating businesses that we had had good service from in the past. One said they'd see what they could do, although they later called and told us it would be a week before they could even get to us, let alone fix the problem. The other didn't even return our call. In the meantime, we had also reached out to Superior Plumbing and Mechanical, a firm we were not familiar with. We have used Superior numerous times from simple replacements of faucets to plumbing a bathroom to boiler replacement. Always very competitive prices, courteous and friendly employees and dependable work.
