Wow l what great customer service. We had a narrow window and Joe was able to work some magic and not just refinish our floors but install some that now looks like it's always been there. Simply Hardwood is tru artisan work.
We made the decision to replace 3 bedrooms of carpet as well as a hallway with hardwood flooring. It was clear from our first meeting with Joe that his vision for our home was exactly what we were looking for. We are so happy with the results, he truly is a craftsman. Our floors are more beautiful than we had imagined, he kept us informed from start to finish, literally. Our friends and family have all been impressed by the results as well.
