About Sassy Nails & Spa
Sassy Nails & Spa is a local nail salon that offers a range of services, including pedicures, acrylic sets, and dip powder nails. The salon is known for its friendly staff and generally good service, though some customers have noted a few areas for improvement. Many customers praise the skilled technicians, who are able to provide quality nail treatments. However, some have experienced issues, such as overly aggressive filing leading to discomfort, and inconsistent nail shapes. Additionally, the salon's family-oriented nature, with employees' children occasionally present, can be distracting for some clients. Customers also mention the lack of a language barrier, which is often a concern at other nail salons. However, some have noted that the employees tend to engage in frequent bickering in their own language, which can be uncomfortable for those who cannot understand. Despite these minor drawbacks, Sassy Nails & Spa is generally well-regarded, with many customers expressing satisfaction with the services and planning to return. The salon's owner, Lee, is praised for their friendly and welcoming demeanor, and the overall atmosphere is described as pleasant and relaxing.
We were fortunate enough to find Sassy nails and my wife couldn't be happier. They were able to get her in the same afternoon we called for an appointment. Wonderful pleasant and friendly staff completed a great professional job on her nails. We are so relived to never have to put up with bad attitudes and disrespect she received at the terrible shop in Harbor Town, never again! Thanks to everyone at Sassy Nails, you are great!
I went for a pedicure and I had a good time and the workers are lovely but paying 25$ for gel for my toes is a bit ridiculous, all the other salons have you paying 15$ and 5$ for removal which has never happened to me . I enjoyed my pedicure and wanted to try this salon since it’s closest to my house but I guess I’ll just stick to the other salons
I want to give this place a better review but I can't. They are just lacking in professionalism. I first got a pedicure and it was nice however she filed my nail so far now it hurt and now it kinda sucks to walk cuz there is bare skin. I did see the other employees yell at her for it. The other employee did my acrylic set. I like it but the shape is a bit off. I think she would have done better if her kids weren't bothering her every five seconds and grabbing onto her ( will mention below). The employees were nice and there wasn't a rlly a language barrier like at a lot of other places. One thing they kinda annoyed me was that the employees kids were running around. I'm pretty sure it's a whole family business. So the parents were doing finger nails and the grandparents were doing pedicures. The kids had a section of toys in the main room but they were still bothering the parents as well as the clients. Which is understandable because they are kids, but maybe they should look into daycare or a babysitter.
