Precision Floors & Decor provides first class staff from the sales team to the installers, treating customers amazing. The flooring looks great and customers are highly recommended. Smiles and assistance are a priority, with quick measurements the next day and carpets installed on the third day. Prices on carpets and padding are real good, and the service is highly recommended. A customer who was referred by a friend saw beautiful floors and was helped by a helpful sales rep throughout the process. A bid came less than expected, and a knowledgeable installer finished the work in a few days, cleaning up each night so the house could continue to be lived in. Issues were discussed and great ideas were offered to overcome them, leaving the customer thrilled. A repair of a soap bar holder was done for free, quick and seamless. Installation of new carpeting in four rooms, stairs, and halls was flawless. The sales rep guided the choice of carpeting for the budget, and installers were professional and expertly done. Customers recommend Precision Floors wholeheartedly, praising the great selection, price, and ease to work with the associates.

Smiles and assistance to the customer needs is their priority within Precision Floors & Decor. They were super quick in getting someone for measurements, like the next day and we are getting the 3 room carpeted on the 3rd day. Real good prices on their carpets and padding. Highly recommended. A friend referred me to Precision Floors when I notice how beautiful their floors were. We went out to the store and picked out the flooring with Riley. Riley was very helpful throughout the entire process. Tony came out and bid the job, which was less than I thought it would cost. He was very knowledgeable and had good ideas for me. The Installer came out and finished all the work in just a few days. He cleaned up everything each night so I could continue to live in the house while he worked. He came across some issues along the way and we talked about them and he came up with great ideas that helped to overcome the issues. My floor is finished an I am thrilled...read full review
