Good experience with Nickels. Quoted an external hot tub outlet and did a good job at quoted price. During install, the electrician accidentally drilled through external wall near panel (different location than hot tub outlet, opposite side of house). He asked if he could cover the outside hole with another outlet. It worked out fine for me because I could use that outlet!
You really couldn’t ask for better. We had issues going on last night and he showed up in the middle of the night and had everything sorted ASAP. Extremely kind and professional. I explained that I was in school to be a journeyman electrician and he explained everything to me while he was doing it. I learned a lot from this encounter.
