Backus Electric & Automation is a reliable company known for clear communication and quick, efficient service. They handle jobs like installing oven hoods, fixing plugs, and replacing electric panels and GFI’s. Customers appreciate their politeness, skill, reasonable prices, and prompt response. Many would recommend their services for quality electrical work.
Excellent experience with Backus Electric installing two floor receptacles for my new power couch and loveseat. They were able to come to my house on the day I first called to review the job with me. Brad was very helpful in getting alternate power cords for my furniture thatt would work better with the floor receptacles. The job was then completed the following week with good workmanship and cleanup after the job. The cost was over 15% less than a quote I received from another company. Would definitely use Backus Electric again.
Joe W. was fantastic to have work on our center! While in center he was able to figure out what we really needed to utilize our small space successfully by having a conversation on what we do, and seen what was needed. By the end of the workload, he labeled everything for us. Greatly appreciated!
