This is probably the third time I had services done on different items. Every time has been clear and valuable. I highly recommend this company. Friendly and knowledgeable technician. Always willing to listen to and answer all of my questions. Top notch service!

We called Manitowoc Heating to check our gas fireplace that wasn’t working and to also instal a smart thermostat. Our tech, Mike, showed up on time, actually a little early, and was super nice and knowledgeable. We are so happy that we found a reputable company for future issues, since we are new to the area. Also, the woman that we spoke to on the phone (can’t remember her name), is super friendly. Nice company to do business with.

We have been loyal customers of Manitowoc Heating & Refrigeration for over 20 years. They provide friendly, professional service at a reasonable cost. The team has been genuinely interested in repairing HVAC systems in 5 of our houses. We have purchased 3 new systems over the past 10 years and have had no issues with their products. Repairs to the older systems were inexpensive, but due to their age, needed to be replaced to ensure reliability.
