Today I finally made it to Warby Parker! I was curious about the brand and so happy that I went in and bought glasses. The staff was professional, friendly, and helpful. Not at all pushy. I will definitely return.
Ms. Lennox the Optician and another staff were awesome. I do not like to shop. They made it easy and enjoyable. They were enthusiastic and helpful finding me a pair of glasses that I loved and in a heartbeat. Those women, especially Ms. Lennox, provided impressive customer service. I highly recommend Warby Parker, the Madison, WI State Street Store, and Ms. Lennox.
Friendly, attentive service, and great eye exam (with a great alternative to the air puff test!). I've been wearing glasses size I was 8 (I'm 60 now) and this is the first pair of frames that I actually LOVE!
