Care away from home! We are from Chicago and were visiting Madison for a volleyball camp for an older child. All of a sudden my 6 year old son fell ill with his entire right side of his face/ lips/ nose swollen up like a balloon. The medical assistants, nurses, and physician assistants were amazing! They were so kind, helped us out by administering steroids/ antibiotics / Benadryl to get the swelling down until we can get back home to identify root cause whether it’s allergy or dental related with our main physicians in Chicago . This weekend urgent care is a hidden gem! So much faster than UW where you wait hours to just be seen. Have used it twice now and have been in and out in 45 minutes. All staff have been thorough, helpful, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Best urgent care I have had. Receptionist was very friendly along with the nurse and doctor. The wait times were short. Nurse took my vitals. I seen the doctor was in to see me within 5 minutes. Went to get x-rays and doctor reviewed and gave prescription and was on my way.
