Ken was fantastic in servicing our furnace. He returned my call right away. He was on time and was wonderful to work with. He was clearly knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the problem. He went over options for us in terms of repair vs replace.

Ken installed a home humidifier for us. He was prompt, respectful and very knowledgeable. He took the time to ask my preference on location and also went in great depth to make sure I knew how to operate it. I would definitely recommend him and Tradewinds.

On time, professional and friendly. Dinged one star bc they were at my rental property and did not confirm with before starting work. Have called to make sure (again) they will not do this in future. But very happy for prompt and competent service.
