Had a great experience here! From making the appointment to the checkout process, every step was done professionally and efficiently. The visit with Dr Andrew was great, he seems to really care about his patients and I never felt rushed. Super impressed with how well organized this place is.

Changing my review from 1 start to 3 stars. I always said the doctors were great but the front desk staff was incredibly frustrating, so 1 star is a bit harsh. But I will not change my post that there are 1 or 2 folks who work at the front desk who bizarrely go out of their ways to not help you. To say no to your requests. To make you feel like you are imposing on them to offer what is yours based on your insurance. Even when we finally switched offices, they repeatedly would not fax our records and were SO rude about it in the process.We are SO much happier with the office staff at our new eye doctor (isthmus eye care on cottage Grove road).
