TDS did a phenomenal job restoring our 1920 home, including adding a room, a gorgeous deck, and a half bath. Their attention to detail is unsurpassed. They consulted arborists on saving our cherished oak tree when building the deck. They put in five full days every week and got the job done on time, which is pretty unheard of. The respectful relationships they've built over the decades with subcontractors meant that very little time was lost to miscommunication. Again, fairly unheard of.

We worked with TDS on a basement renovation back in 2021/2022, and it was worth every penny for a stress-free process. Kevin, our lead carpenter, was incredible - on site every day, on time, and ready to go. The whole team made decisions with our best interest in mind, not theirs. A great example: they went the extra mile to keep ductwork tight to the ceiling so we'd have as much headroom as possible in our limited space.

We worked with TDS to expand our home in Madison, adding an office, mud room, and significantly expanding a bedroom. The entire process was excellently executed and we are thrilled with the results of the renovation and the entire process. There were a number of things that made working with TDS a standout experience. Prior to starting any designs or plans they took the time for an up front meeting and visit to make sure the project was a fit for them and they were a good fit for us by providing rough timelines, availability, and general cost ranges.
