I’m not sure who I just spoke with on the phone and I have read through the comments and reviews but she was so super friendly… it’s wild that they have 3 locations just in here in Madison, WI alone so they have to be doing something right, but it’s wild that customers will visit a business 10 times or more and never have anything nice to say about a store or an employee but will sure make a point to go above and beyond rush home and go through the hassle of posting about the one time an employee doesn’t skip to your table or smile from ear to ear the moment they see you… it’s very misleading to someone new to the area…...read full review
Wow wow wow is all I can say. I haven’t been in for a spray tan since college (5+ yrs) and was feeling unfamiliar with how it works, which shade to choice, etc.
Within seconds of entering the salon, I was greeted by Lexi, the sweetest and most smiley face. She walked me through every step, gave me great insight for aftercare tips, and really made me feel comfortable. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with her!
Will definitely be back, specifically to this location, anytime Im in the Madison area and have an event.
Today at this store, a sweet lady with black hair and green eyes was incredibly helpful. Her warm smile and attentive attitude made everything so much easier. I truly appreciate her help — it’s people like her that make you want to come back again.
