We had Steam Plus over to clean our carpets and they did a fabulous job in our office. They were able to remove some stains that no other professional cleaner was able to get out! We are so pleased with their service and will be using them again in the future in our building.
Alex was amazing!! He was incredibly prompt and professional. He educated me, which I appreciated and the work he did was efficient and best of all, it worked! We had several pet accidents on our very light grey/almost white carpet and every spot he cleaned, you can’t even tell anything was there! He was also extremely fast. Most carpet cleaners I’ve hired it takes hours and hours to clean and Alex was done with two bedrooms and one hallway in less than an hour. I will absolutely hire him again, thank you!
Alex has been our exclusive carpet cleaner for years because of his excellent service, responsiveness and reliability. He makes it easy to schedule and we appreciate his willingness to work us into his schedule when our dog has been sick. Alex is knowledgeable and takes pride in his work, offering to come back if there are any issues. I highly recommend Alex!
